everything arrived as planned but sizings were very off. since, i have returned everything but i've not heard anything back from them which leaves me to wonder if i'm getting a refund or not as it has been around a week since my items supposedly arrived at their warehouse (found out from royal mail)
My order was not delivered because the packaging was damaged.
It took me emailing them and chasing several times to get this answer from motel. I was then told the item is now out of stock and therefore I wouldn’t receive it anyway.

While shopping from the website or app i always lose some of the items from the basket while still shopping. Like in minutes. And also after i buy and pay for something they write me an email that oh sorry its out of stock after several days . Not one time like every time i order . So inconvenient.

I would have happily gave 5 stars, but I sent my return back weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since or received my money back.
Edit: after posting this review Motelrocks refunded me straight away, thanks for fixing this so quickly
Good service, easy to order and return goods. Good quality clothing that is a bit different. My daughter loves the clothes because they always fit well and wear and wash perfectly.

Sizing is WAY off. Trousers were cheap quality for the price. ABBA Sage trousers.
Love the range of clothes and they are good quality! Only thing is sometimes the sizes don’t match up to what you usually get.. such as I usually order an xs in trousers but sometimes they come up so small. Overall though love the clothes and great customer service!
Trouser I order where seethrough and where definitely not worth the money I spent on them. Sizing is really weird some fit nice others don’t. Vest tops where not made for people with bigger boobs no support and triangles stitched into top made my boobs look saggy and weird. Not attractive
